ECG app not working in Finland

SpO2 is working but no ECG app in Finland. What is the reason while it works in all neighbouring countries and in most Eu. We have Oura, apple watch and many other devices having ECG but Fitbit not.
For me the reason to replace my old Sense with Sense2 was Fitbit ads telling in Finish the EGC works…
This is needed because:
Fitbit would be more interesting not only for me but to get new users in Finland. This is major deficience compared to apple watch etc.
I'd use this: Daily
