Enable ECG and SpO2 tracking in Fiji

Hello, I had bought this watch from Australia and now that I have moved to a region that is not supported (Fiji) . It is sad to see that I had opted for the Google pixel watch 3 for its features rather than the competition and it doesn't even have all of it enabled. Please enable it here, the rest of the smart watches already has it enabled here

Hello, thank you for replying. I was wondering why must this post get popularity? Isn't it better to enable these features for everyone. What I am requesting is not a specific feature but rather a necessity when getting a fitness watch. Despite it not getting its popularity, it still should be a main priority as enabling these features will help the Fitbit community grow in places where it is unable to.

I should hope that this feature would be included as this country doesn't have that much restrictions that stop it from enabling these features. But alas it's not enabled. 

Please do understand that even though this post isn't popular. There is a big community here that wants this feature but they are unable to communicate since they aren't aware of it.
