Enable Garmin & Fitbit sync

I have had a Fitbit surge for nearly 2 years now. I also compete in a lot of OCR runs. To map these runs I use a Garmin that's waterproof, (as the surge isn't). 

Can you make it that the run data from Garmin can be synced with Fitbit?
