Just bought my son a ace 2 which he is very happy with, however I somehow missed on the feature list that it doesn't recieve any text notifications. The call notification is great, but it would be much more practical to have some text notification.

My kids are too young for cell phones. When I send a message to their Ace watch they should be able to read them directly on the watch without the need to have a smartphone.
