Fix Pixel Watch 2 UI issues with Traditional Chinese on tiles

"Heart Rate" tile text is cut off in last app update.

"Sleep" tile only shows sleep duration as "hh小時..." due to space limitations.
Suggestion: Change sleep duration format to "hh時mm分" from "hh小時mm分鐘" to fit the display.

Please fix these issues.
