I agree. I got up to use the bathroom at about 1.15 a m. and Fitbit decided that was when I went to bed even though I actually went to bed at about 10.00 p.m. and was asleep by 11.00.
My health ring is much better and shows .my full sleep range but flags interruptions for bathroom etc
There are several threads about this. Please include the total votes and comments when assessing the priority of this important fix. Currently sleep duration only includes details for less than half my nightly sleep (just the longest ‘session’, however that is determined)
