Giving access to raw Pebble voice data

Since Fitbit is going to close Pebble dictation servers on 6/30/18, could Fitbit allow users access to the raw voice data on Pebble smartwatches? This would enable people to use an alternative voice dictation service (Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa).
