Improve navigation daily sleeping heart rate/ EOV graphs

Add day forward/back feature to the Sleeping HR, EOV graph screens; and/or provide option to expand items on the sleep summary screen; and/or add average sleeping heart rate and EOV items to Sleep week or month screen as additional bar graphs, then configure bars to link to respective day's detailed graph.
