Improve quality of Inspire series rubber wristbands

The rubber strap is great, I work in Healthcare, constantly washing my hands. The little rubber "clip" that holds the band down has ripped or torn on each of the 2 Fitbits. I ended up purchasing a magnetic strap after the first one, but then upgraded to my second Fitbit. This one too, now is starting to tear. I think a new design is in order.

I agree with tlcourt that a new wristband design is in order. I am on my 2nd Fitbit, the 1st having slipped off my wrist into a canal of manatees because the clip had worn through the rubber. I bought a new Fitbit, and the clip wore through it after 1 year. Fitbit sent me a new wristband but now it has worn through again. 1 year per wristband?
