Increase Font Size on Charge 4 for different stats

I'd love to be able to change the clock face on Charge 4 when I run.  Right now, the pace is the largest number and I don't care about that.  I'm 62 and the fact that I'm still running is great!  I run by time and I'd love to make that the largest number on the clock face.  Then maybe add my heart rate.  Just a thought.

Need the option to increase font size on text. Can't read them at all outside, even with my glasses on. When exercising most don't wear their glasses so how can we read the text. I might as well just be wearing a watch, I can't utilize anything else.

I can’t read the small font at all especially when it’s the grey one. So when I get a notification I can just make out the word “due” because it’s white,  but the subject is just a haze, because it’s grey. Please Fitbit allow us to choose the font size & colour. Please.

The small font size is the reason I sent my Charge 4 back.  I cannot read it without reading glasses, although I can with the Charge 2.  As a 71 year old runner I don't want to stop to get reading glasses out to check the distance/pace etc!

I have to say how dissapointed I am at the low brightness level and the small font size on the Charge 4.  I mistakenly assumed that it would be at least as legible as the Charge 2 - which had been great for over 2 years.  So much information that cannot be read on the Charge 4 , even sometimes indoors, and made doubly worse by transferring control of some features and settings onto the Charge 4 and no longer accessible on the mobile app. That makes it take so much longer (even in the right lighting conditions) to set, something basic like a simple alarm.  So much more effort and not very user friendly.  A double whammy.

I do not understand why a commercial organisation wold make such a backward step.  I would have expected that there would have been test user groups spanning all walks of life.

Anyway, I support any request to make the screen brighter and the font size larger. I don't care if I have to charge it 3 times a week.

I had a Charge 2 for several years.  I was excited about receiving my Charge 4 today.  However, very disappointed after setting it up.  The font size is too small and the brightness level makes it even harder to read.  Why gray text on a black background?  If the Charge 2 has larger readable font, why can't the Charge 4?

Thank you for responding to my comment. There seem to be quite a few of us frustrated with the font size and colour. Let’s hope the Fitbit designers take note.

Yes it's kind of annoying that the only clock face I really like has gray stats and I can't see them unless I'm inside. But hopefully they listen. Fingers crossed

I focus on heart rate while exercising. My eyes are not terrible but I do use reading glasses. I cannot read the heart rate on any clock face because the lettering is too small. You could have a clock face that is just heart rate value it would be big enough for me to read without glasses.

I have a Charge 4, and use the HR Stat clock, which has a nice big heart rate monitor on the home clock face. There is no such clear heart rate clock face on the Inspire HR. The only one which has heart rate on it has the heart rate as a tiny display on the bottom, with most of the face taken up by large time numbers.

@YojanaFitbit, I was actually requesting the Inspire HR have a larger heart rate data option, maybe using the "HR Stat" clockface from the Charge 4, and add it to the options for the Inspire HR

Yes, please also count me in for an option for larger font.  My husband just got me the Charger 4 but I'm thinking I might return it and keep my cracked Charger 2 just so that I can see my texts!
