Increase challenge participants to greater than 10

We (my Fitbit friends) would like to increase the challenge numbers to include more than 10 people. Our group includes way more than 10 who are active and want play

Good luck getting a response or a logical reason why they won't bring it back. I loved having it for the whole week that it existed. I never once had a problem, or was given an idea of what the problem was that people were having. I've always had great customer service with Fitbit but this is the one thing that they failed on.

Fitbit never looks at posts like this and could care less about their customers. How hard is it to either remove the functionality to invite more than 10 participants OR add the ability for more than 10 to join? For a multimillion dollar company, they sure act like a third-rate operation.

The 10 challenge rule is fine. But we need to up the ante for the hustles and weekend challenges. Increase the initial invite to 30 and allow 15 participants for the challenges. This will solve some of the issues of left out steppers and also increase community involvement. Thanks

I noticed this was created in June of 2015, being a new user I don't know if my voice will make the difference, but if the total could be changed from 10 to 15 that would be awesome.  So that a challenge between people within the same step league could compete with each other to push for more steps. I can't see how inviting people who average 6K would be fair to compete with someone who averages 20k other than to always have someone you can always beat. Not very good sportsmanship Ideals'. 15 would be a good number, in my opinion, one that I would like to see come to pass.

Our office all got fitbit’s. Only problem is there is a 10 person limit on the challenge and 5 people are left out. Can you please expand the number of players to 15-20?

This idea was put forward in 2015 were now in 2019, and you can still only add 10 people in your group. @AlessFitbit / @SantiR is there any updates with this?  Being able to work out with the people you want to makes the challenge more fun and inviting.  Most people have more than 10 people they work with or, family and friends.  The cap should be higher at least up to 40 or 50.  Would really like to see this go through and get an update.  After all Fitbit users have been waiting for this feature for well, 4 years now.

Seriously... 4 years is more than enough time to "work out bugs" that people were supposedly having. I've yet to find even one person speak up about an issue

I started with my first Fitbit several years ago. I have been asking for this change for almost as long. We used to get periodic feedback - that was meaningless - but at least it seemed as if someone was actually reading our requests. That stopped probably a year and a half ago, maybe longer. I gave up. It's not worth my energy to keep continually giving suggestions and feedback if it is not even going to be acknowledged.

Peace and love to you all, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you about anything actually happening.

I too have given up on thinking anybody At Fitbit is reading post or even cares.
Companies can corner the market if they listen to their customers.

Exactly. This is an echo chamber for customers to scream at the walls. We should expect NOTHING HELPFUL FROM FITBIT.

Fitbit's staff could care less about us, now that we're in their ecosystem. I just wish they'd pretend to care about us, even a little. It's very frustrating to be marginalized by a company you gave money to. Pretty awful customer service.

I am surprised this is STILL a request that they haven’t addressed. From a coding standpoint it isn’t hard to increase how many users would be permitted in challenges and I can’t think of a solid reason from a business standpoint to keep the groups at 10.

This would make my fitbit life so much easier! Please release an update where we can have an unlimited number of people in a challenge!

The Work Week Hustle challenge is fun, but it would be more fun if we can add more people to it. Maybe instead of 10 add like 5 more. Just to include more people.

Hi @DScotty123, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us, this feature suggestion already exists so I’ve moved your post here.

I am a little confused and hence replying. Today I initiated a Work Week
Hustle challenge, yes, I can invite more than 10 people but only the first
10 who respond will be in the challenge. My suggestions was to have MORE
participants in the challenge. This feature does not exist with my Charge
2, so this suggestions still needs to be in the "please add this feature".
