“Interval Workout” feature on Charge 2 cannot be set

Strictly for Charge 2 device. “Interval Workout” does not display any options to edit the intervals (Move, Rest, and Repeat). It only shows the ability to toggle the “Phone GPS” On/Off, which means this feature is not working from a software perspective.
