Make a new Fitbit app for Windows 11

Since Windows is running on billions of devices, having the ability to manage your Fitbit device and data from a real computer with larger display would allow for so much more engagement (whereas a 6-inch display or smaller is so limiting). Also using a laptop/tablet to play Fitbit Premium workouts would allow us to workout anywhere.

Why have you stopped me using Fitbit software on my Windows Laptop/PC. There must be millions of Fitbit users that use a Windows device to access and input their data. I am one of them. One of the reasons for doing this is that the information is much easier to read and/or enter on a proper computer. Please can I have this facility back.

Unfortunately I have stopped using my fitbit and will probably get rid of it because i only have windows

Apparently Fitbit has gotten too big and don't care about loosing a couple million customers, unfortunate..

Losing the dashboard now ruins fitbit.    Please bring back a way to use windows with fitbit -  App or website

I agree that losing dashboard on Windows is a real LOSS.  For those of us in the non-technical expert world, we do not appreciate dropping details like this with no way of getting support.  Boo to the missing dashboard details on my laptop.

Messages about the ridiculous decision to delete the Windows Fitbit app is
all very well, but will Fitbit actually do anything.

I totally agree and support the request to having Fitbit app back in Windows. As a senior user, it is crucial for me to be able to browse from a PC rather than the minuscule cellphone. That was the main reason I just purchased my second Fitbit Sense device to replace my old Fitbit Charge that I had wore for 5-6 years.

I am another person that does not want to access all of fitbit dashboard, and videos on a small screen(phone) It is very cumbersome to be doing the workout videos on a phone.. It definitely makes me wonder if work keeping once the membership expires.

I don't use a cell phone and I had to buy a small tablet for the app.  My husband just continues without any app, but when standard time comes back, the watch part won't work either.  The app on the tablet is terrible.  I am forced to sit down every evening and work though trying to get it to upload my data.  I really, really wish that Google would stop thinking about their bottom line and make it easy for us older folks to keep track of our steps, heart rate and more.

Bring back Fitbit Connect and Fitbit app for laptop/desktop! I will no longer be purchasing any more Fitbit devices

I agree completely.  I have a tablet that functions very poorly to upload my information.  Bring back the laptop/desktop app.  That one worked beautifully for me with a dongle.

It's ludacrous that there is no Fitbit app for PC. My wife wears the Fitbit but has no cellphone. Making adjustments on the Fitbit requires the eyes of a falcon. Even using the small cellphone screen is a challenge. Am I to assume that Fitbit is only made for the young? What about the millions of us "older" folks that are concerned about our fitness levels?

 Laptops are still in use by the billions worldwide. Why would you not provide an app that will work on them?

Agree wholeheartedly about an app for the PC. Make this available to
people who need it the most. An aging population that needs to keep track
of their steps every day without having to resort to a tablet. My tablet
is miserable to use - just hate it. Nothing works the way it did on the PC.

I've replied to this thread before, but I'm going to chime in again. Yes -
make an app for Windows 11. I have so much trouble with my Android device
and the old app on my desktop worked beautifully. I will never buy another
Fitbit or recommend one again if the Windows 11 app isn't restored.

Especially for entering foods. I don't eat a lot of pre-prepared things, so I'm often entering a bunch of ingredients. So much easier to do using a full keyboard.

I used this myself on my desktop because I DO NOT HAVE  A CELL PHONE!

I just updated to windows 11 (because 10 is done this year) so I had to get a  whole new PC!

I used it daily to have everything transferred over to my work website because my Fitbit would auto-fill my sleep/workout etc for the day so I don't have to manually enter it...

This is how I got points with my work to complete programs for my health insurance, its a pain to manually enter now because after working a long day I could just sync and be done, now my day is even longer having to enter everything.

Which is now hard because I can't get a reading for sleep/workouts or anything with my Fitbit because I don't have a way to look up everything!

Bring back the desktop app!

I'm old and I can hardly see what's on my phone with a magnifying glass.

I need to be able to use my computer to view and manage Fitbit like I used to.

Please bring it back.

It can't be too hard to create an fitbit app for windows.   I have been happily using my desktop until this week.  Now fitbit won't sync and says no connection or can't connect fitbit.com.   While the app didn't have the total functions of the past it was adequate and allowed my wife and I keep track of our activity.  We don't have a smartphone.  The lack of a desktop windows app is discriminatory.  I will now start looking for a watch/tracker that is windows compatible.

I have cerebral palsy, and I had the app on my computer because I can't use a phone. I have heart problems. I track my heart rate with a Fitbit. can we please have a windows 11 app?
