Make the screen awake feature to be set active during certain hours. During the day it would come on with a wrist action, but at night in bed in would not come on.
@shall2023 This doesn't need to be in Product Feedback board. That is exactly one of the things that Sleep Mode does. You can schedule it in in Settings.

You can either manually activate Sleep Mode to prevent the screen from turning on, or set a schedule to get this function activated automatically. To learn more about this, see this help article.
