Make status indicators to be quickly dismissed

The heart rate used to be very easy to see at the top of the clock face, now if the phone Bluetooth is off, an icon covers the heart rate and cannot be dismissed for a significant amount of time. This adds no value, I know my Bluetooth is off but I do not have time to wait to see my heart rate.
