Make the Fitbit app more functional and customizable

When my Versa 2's screen died after just a couple of years (!), I was frustrated to find newer models no longer support Spotify and third-party apps. Further, Fitbit really needs to improve its 'new' app user interface, which has less functionality and customisabilty than ever before, and is hideous. Fitbit Chat/Customer Support has been laughable.
