More Emotion Options After EDA Scan (Sense 2)

On the Sense 2, after an EDA scan or body response, please add more emotion options like “overwhelmed,” “fatigued,” or “neutral.” These would help users with anxiety, autism, trauma, or chronic illness track their experience more accurately.
