after a message of one of you moderator i have decided to make that topic.

I really like you products but the people using an IOS device really need more notifications!

So please give us more! 😃

Notificions i would recommend:

Whats App

Facebook 

and more messaging apps

I am very anxious to have Whatsapp implemeted on the Fitbit Blaze. I really like to have all the alert on my Blaze that would be nice.

What I've noticed is a LOT of users requesting Messages+ in addition to the regular Messages app.  I can honestly say if Messages+ isn't fully supported in a near future update, I will be returning my Blaze.  I was under the impression it worked with both since both are default Verizon apps and since I upgrade my Fitbit FOR notifications to help myself while I'm at work, it's not doing everything I need it to as of yet.  Messages+ would be great 😆

Can I add my voice to this request also please?  I love being able to leave my phone in my bag when i'm at work, and just look at my wrist when I get a message or calender notification. Most of my messages are via whatsapp however, particularly from my children, and I would love to be able screen my messages so I know when I get something urgent and when it's just general chatter that's not worth responding to.

I would like to request for support for multiple apps to be selected for text notifications. As a frequent user of Hangouts and Messenger, I would love to be able to get text notifications from both of these, and not just one or the other. I know many people use WhatsApp, FaceBook Messenger, among many other messaging services alongside the standard SMS texting that would love to be able to get notifications from all of them whenever they receive messages.

SMS is dead, whatsapp is pretty much the standard for text notification. I think this should be top priority.

The FitBit Blaze would be 10 times better if we could decide if we wanted SnapChat, FaceBook or Instagram notifications. Not just SMS/Call/Calander. I would pick this over something like the Apple Watch if it had these features.

Yes, please add Verizon messages+ application to text message alerts.  I had to switch to the standard Samsung messaging platform because the messages+ app does not allow me to view text message alerts on my Blaze.  Messages+ is way better than the standard messaging app and the lack of compatability is disappointing.

+1 there doesn't seem to be any reason not to implement this, and it'd turn the surge etc into actual smart watches 🙂

Yeah, given that Android allows apps to gain access to notifications, the Fitbit android app simply needs to request access to view notifications. Then, whatever notifications it receives, it can display that on the fitbit. Ideally suited to fitbit blaze, surge and alta. Come on, Fitbit! This is doable!

I recently had a Microsoft Band 2 (which was aweful) and it had notifications for iOS beyond just app integration. For example it would display notifications from Nest, Belkin or CNN even through there was not app integration for those apps. It did it through the native bluetooth notifications in iOS SDK, and it worked very well. Basically any time my iPhone would vibrate, my wrist would light up. Ultimately I want to answer the question, "Should I pull my phone out of my pocket" when I feel it vibrate.

Obviously the Band 2 sucks because their battery wouldn't last much past a day and a half, but I LOVED the notifications. If doing notifications this way sucks battery life, then you could make it configurable so that It only notifies me between certain times of day or what have you. I really like Fitbit, but remember simple is sexy. I'm not sure why there are buttons and swipes on the Blaze that do the same things. If it just had all notifications I'm not sure there would be much more to work on besides working toward a 2 week battery life, and simplifying the UI down to its most basic functionaity.

Please implement system wide iOS notifications.

I use facebook messenger a lot and barely any SMS/texts or even phone calls.

It's be great to get access to the messages notification on the Fitbit Blaze.
