Naming/Labeling Alarms

Hello,

Wouldn't it be nice if you allow us to name the silent alarms? For example: an alarm to wake up, one to drink water, food, one to remind me of something such as an important meeting, etc...

I love the silent alarm for waking me up in the morning but this feature could be much more useful if it could display a short message to say why it is going off.  OK, in the morning when it is set to wake you up it doesn't need a message but during the day you could set it as a reminder to do certain things.  For this it does need a message perticularly if you set it for several things.

Yes please!!  I would use the silent alarm feature all day long if I could name each alarm!

This would be super useful in an office enviornment.  I would love to be able to remind myself of things throughout the day in a non-intrusive way.  I could set reminders for things and not worry about it going off in the middle of a meeting.  If it did, I could glance at my watch, read the reminder, and turn it off.

I am so busy taking care of everyone in my family I forget about things I need to do for me like take my meds I would love for an update to come out where we could just put a few words in the alarms so I can remember what they are all for. Thanks !

I see a lot of people have indicated that it would be great to be able to name the alarms. I noticed that one of the moderators reviewed and submitted this to the next step. How do we know that it is being worked on and if it will be implemented? What is the time frame for modifications?

Ditto. Using an Alta. Only makes sense to have discreet alarms "throughout the day" as advertised if they also remind one what he / she is supposed to be doing. Please update to support silent alarm names!!!

I recently purchased a ChargeHR for my birthday (you know, resolutions & goals, etc.) and I really like having the alarm feature! However, I often can't remember what I set my alarm for. It would be great if we could label these from within the app.

The ChargeHR itself has so many capabilities already, I can't see a reason it couldn't show the label of the alarm as it's going off.

Crossing my fingers that this is implemented soon!

Hello,

I used different silent alarm for different subject but you can just set the time and can't give it a name.
Add this name will help to remenber which alarm is for what. And the Fitbit could show the name on the screen when the alarm ring.

Ability to title your silent alarms so they pop up on the screen of those devices with displays, also phone notification pop ups as an option with titles.

I don't know if anyone has posted this but I wish that the Fitbit displayed a message when your silent alarm goes off. Kind of to remind you why you set it, like the iPhone does. Sometimes I set reminder alarms and if I set multiple it can get confusing.

I'm sure out there there are people like me who's memory aren't that good so I thought it would be cool to be able to customise the name of your alarm and then the name flash across the charge hr screen when the alarm goes off. So let's say at 10:30 am I have to take an iron tablet I set an alarm and name it iron tablet and then when the alarm goes off across the screen flashes iron tablet

I agree. Having an alarm which says "Up and At Em'!" isn't ideal when the alarm's job is to remind you to go to bed at 8 PM.
