No option to save favorite workouts or meditations in Discover tab

I use the fit bit discover app for workouts and meditations, but there is no way of saving these or giving them alike so they reappear again and you can easily access them. I would like there to an option of having a favourite file or better still be able to make you own, eg morning workouts & meditations.

It's getting hard to find the ones I have done and liked as the offerings keep growing so its just time consuming now to find the workout you want and I have reverted back to using youtube as I can save my workouts and meditations on there.

Please fit bit can you help with this everyone LOVES a fav tab

Thanks, I too, would like to be able to make workouts as my favourites so I can quickly access the ones that I like or some that I see while browsing and would like to come back to.  Have you seen how they do it in Asana Rebel. They have favourites and they also suggest workouts that suit your profile by age and ability etc.

and could you also tell me what the difference is between Fitbit Coach and the workouts and exercises I see in Discover in my Fitbit Premium app

Please, please, give us this facility. I’m wasting too much time searching for the workouts I have found that suit both my physical needs and ability.

  • I agree! This would be a great addition. I'm surprised it isn't available already.

It’s probably this (main) factor that causes me to cancel my premium subscription. I don’t go to the gym and randomly walk around for 15mins clueless as to where my session is. Why should I have to do the very thing in a bleddy app?

yeah exactly. i feel the same its going once the year is up, no folder to save you workouts in, its rediculous

Yes please! It is so frustrating to go back every time and try to find my favorite workouts, and there is no search function either.  Would like an easier and faster way to find my favourite workouts. Pretty please!

I'm with an earlier poster - it is so frustrating that I may not renew my subscription. I don't want to do a different exercise every day, and while the guided programs are great there are not enough. It's as if the videos completely disappear into a void - very frustrating!

I like the new mindfulness tracking feature in the Fitbit app. However I have my own meditation practice that's really meaningful and Powerful to me. I suggest a feature whereby I can use the mindfulness tracking but connected to tracking my own meditation. That way hopefully my heart rate and other important measurements can be tracked during the

Hi @Cksawyer, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option save your own meditation sessions. Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request.  A lot of users are asking for this option, I hope we receive updates soon.

I'd like to be able to record my own guided meditation and have it available on the Fitbit app.

Come on FitBit, this has been an issue for months. About time it was sorted. I’m not continuing with the premium sub. Just not worth it for me!

I have discovered a workaround for this. It does require a premium subscription however.

I simply go and find a guided meditation that is the desired length of my own meditation. Then I start the app meditation and turn the volume all the way down and put my phone aside. I can simultaneously set a timer on my Fitbit device. That way my Fitbit device tells me when my meditation session is over and using the guided meditation playing simultaneously silently alongside records the meditation in the mindfulness app along with all of my heart rate information. Sorry for the long explanation but I wasn't sure how to simplify it.

Hope this helps somebody at least until Fitbit comes up with a more direct solution that doesn't require a premium subscription.

We’re very happy to let you know that this has been released on the Fitbit app. Now, each category of the Discover tab will have their own favorite section at the top of the screen. You just need to add a start to your preferred options for each category: Challenges & Adventures, Workouts, Mindfulness, Nutrition and Guided Programs. You can find more details about Fitbit Premium here.
