Option to delete all Irregular Rhythm Notifications at once

From July 4th until July 26th of 2023 I was in AFIB, and thankfully my Fitbit captured the irregularities and logged them all in the app. I have been in normal rhythm since getting cardioverted but every time I open the app it shows the option to open view past notifications and makes me think that there are new events and I went back into AFIB.
