Please add Privatbank for Fitbit Pay (Ukraine)

I was sad to found that Google Pay not supported and that Fitbit Pay does not support Privatbank in Ukraine, on my Fitbit Versa NFC edition.

Please add at least support of this huge bank with 20 mln users.

I choose a smart watch for my daughter. And I was very interested for Versa 2. I think she would have liked this watch very much. But the inability to use the payment system forces one to look for watch of other manufacturers. I think that if there are working payment systems of other manufacturers in Ukraine, the factor of the lack of fitbit pay prevents many potential buyers from buying. We look forward to a change for the better. But not for long ...

Looking for new fitness tracker. Have chosen fitbit charge 4 - but will have to choose Garmin tracker just because fitbit does not support payments in Ukraine. Please add support for Ukrainian banks!

Pls add Privatbank / Monobank to your Pay service if you'd like to be competitive locally.

Garmin pay is operational in Ukraine. Your pay service is not.

I was considering some tracker or smart watch with the payment feature. Excluding your devices from the short list because of mentioned above. Have to choose something from Garmin.

Pls listen to your customers (or potential ones which you've lost).

+1 Vote for this feature. Fitbit Pay is already supported in Belarus and Ukraine is just around the corner 😃

Ukrainian "Privatbank" is not only the biggest bank but one of the few banks with Garmin Pay support. And "Monobank" is gaining an insane popularity. So look them up, fitbit 😉

I love my Ionic. I can forgive some bags while synchronizes with IOS. Sometimes I need to restart my Ionic just to synchronize. But I need Fitbit Wallet to operates including Ukrainian banks (Alfa-bank, PUMB and others). Without this option I am not comfortable and looking for other brands supporting the payment by watches including Ukrainian banks.

Hello FitBit team. I really like my new FitBit Charge 4. But... I would really like to use FitBit Pay feature and I am really sad that it does not work in Ukraine. Could you please consider to support at least some Ukrainian banks. (Privatbank can be a good start). FitBit devices are really popular here but some people in the end choose other brands coz this feature doesnt work here. Both users and the company itself will benefit if you enable this feature in Ukraine. Thanks.

This thread is two years old, and by the way, Ukraine takes one of the top places in Europe by the number of contactless payments 🙂

Best time, to show support to Ukrainians.  Even in Belarus, a system with 2 banks worked. And Ukrainians were suspiciously bypassed. Perhaps the majority of the Fitbit team is russian and their allies who support putin's policies. Hi all, as I can see here we still don't have Fitbit pay for any of the Ukrainian banks 😥
But, as I know from this google support page, Versa 4 and Sense 2 already have a Google Wallet that works fine in Ukraine.
So maybe, we can expect Google Wallet on other devices as well? (Charge 5, Sense, and Versa 3).

Hello there! See there are still no Ukranian banks Privat Bank, Mono bank (Universal bank) can be used by Fitbit pay! Please add at least google pay into versa 3 watch! Fifth year ongoing, its look kinda strange: wether you don't want them to be there, or your employees are underperforming...
