Remove migration requirement to set up Google Pixel Watch

Received new Pixel 3 watch for Christmas. Went to the Fitbit App and was directed to update from fitbit and link to my Google account. Required to update a child in my family account before moving forward. After requesting deletion of the child from my family account, I'm now in stuck in a 7-day hold before I can link my new watch.
