Remove persistent permission for Heart Rate Sharing on Charge 6

The Charge 6 now asks for confirmation every time my phone or an app requests heart‑rate data via Bluetooth. Earlier firmware allowed this to happen automatically with a persistent permission. The new behaviour interrupts normal use and breaks the seamless HR sharing the device previously offered.
