Run Splits on All Trackers

It seems that run splits is only available on GPS active activities such as freerun and not treadmill (Surge). I would like that feature available across all trackers since my group of runners all have Charge HR, Charge, and Flex trackers and not the Surge. It would be nice to compete against mile times.

Suggest adding a run activity to the Charge HR ... and show mile splits.  The only selection I see is a workout, and it does not include splits.

I agree. This would be extremely helpful to track mile times without having a band that can do GPS! Make it happen please!

Thank you so much for posting this request! This could be an awesome option for all users that wear a different tracker rather than the Surge. The more detailed the information, the better.

Thanks for sharing this great idea!

I'm really glad to see the positive reaction from Melissa here. Thanks!

Just to clarify, if this were to actually come to frutition, this would also add Splits functionality to the Treadmill category on the Surge since steps would be used to estimate the mileage, correct?

Great idea. It would also be awesome to be able to have a lap timer function that buzzes after an interval kinda like a counter.
