Hello Fitbit Community!
As a female runner/Waller and I work in Baltimore City as a nurse I always have my Fitbit blaze on! While I am consistently aware of my surroundings at all times anything now a days could unfortunately happen. Which is extrembly scary! My idea to Fitbit is a red safe button! For a few examples, when connected to a phone and it suddenly becomes disconnected during an exercise a red button that reads "are you safe?" Or simply "safe?" I have the blaze which has two buttons on the right side the top could be yes and the bottom could be no. If a person taps no then by satellite (like onstar in cars) connects the closet gps location and contacts their local authorities. This safe button could also be a standard screen as well for when people walk from work to their car or vise versa. This feature is discrete and can easy be done by tapping the screen or pressing the button which could be done with hands tied. It's a scary world out there, I would pay to have a gadget to keep me safe!
thank you!
