Screen timeout setting on Inspire 2

For the Inspire 2, please add an option in settings to increase the amount of time my screen stays lit. I don't care whether it's adjusted on the watch, in my phone app, or online; I just want a way to change that setting.

Could Fit it have the courtesy to now respond as to whether and when they will fix the Inspire 2 screen timeout issue that so many have taken the trouble to raise?

I asked for a heart rate monitor for Father’s Day and received an inspire 2. Very disappointed I can not monitor my heart rate during workouts as screen quickly turns off. Hard to turn it on when your hands are full. What is up with you people? Reading comments complaining there is no way to set screen to stay on date back at least a couple of years. Should be a fairly easy software update. Get a couple engineers working this ASAP!

I had the same issue.

I upgraded to the inspire 3 which has a 10 second timeout option, plus a colour display, same size and similar battery life. It also estimates oxygen saturation. Much better product, at a similar price!

It a shame Fitbit don’t respond to this thread. If I’d known about the inspire 3 I would have bought that instead! Now my inspire 2 is stored in a drawer.
