Show the current time when on exercise mode

When I am out walking the charge 2 screen shows time (how long I have been doing the exercise) and distance (which I want), but I can't see what the current time is.  The fitbit only shows the exercise activity time.  The only options I have are to pause the activity (which still doesn't let me change the screen on the fitbit) or to end the activity, look at the time, and then restart my exercise activity (which breaks up my exercise and could prevent it from tracking properly towards weekly exercise goals).

As of now, there's no way to quick view the time when you are in the exercise mode It would be really helpful. Because if I needed to finish an exercise by a certain time, then I need to be able to check the time.
