I watch telly before going to bed and fitbit thinks that my inactivity and slow heart rate is that I am in bed trying to sleep. Consequently, I would like to adjust/override the 'awake time' on the app and improve my sleep score and the relative percentages. This is a software update and should be easy for the developers to do. HR inspire
The Sleep Software is not precise enough to know when I am in bed or on the couch. I think if people have bought this device then they will be honest enough to not fiddle/cheat this function as they are curious enough to get accurate data . However, to have my sleep cheated by the app feels wrong and I would like to have more control please.
