Sleep and wake events in Simulator

Add the ability to sleep and wake the screen in the simulator. I had one error in my watchface that only happened on wake. It would be nice to be able to simulate these events.

It would also be super helpful to be able to manually set the time, date, and even location of the simulator.

This is now released as of Fitbit OS Simulator 0.6.0. There's a display on/off toggle you can switch that'll generate these events.
