Smarter Passive EDA Detection (Sense 2)

Please improve passive EDA tracking so it can capture more stress events without needing manual scans. Allow background sampling at more frequent intervals or during periods of stillness. This would help detect stress and dysregulation even when users don’t realize it in the moment.
