Store heart rate notifications on Fitbit app

Whenever heart rate drops or rises dramatically, I believe it currently alerts you (Not sure actually if it is just high and low alert, or if it does it for dramatic changes). However, this information is only on the device. If I'm in DND/sleep I'd like to know if this has happened by checking the app
