Support Barclays Bank UK on Google Wallet

Support for Barclays UK through Google Wallet was recently released, but it does not appear to work. Upon trying to add a Barclays debit card I get a "something went wrong" error message.

Several people reported that they could not set up their debit cards in another related post, but that issue has been closed without being resolved.
This is needed because:
Payments cannot be made with Barclays UK debit cards, even though it is officially supported.
I'd use this: Daily

My husband has had the same problem I have connected my Fitbit to my Lloyds account but he cannot connect his Barclay account or Barclay card nothing works for Barclays 😡🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

seeing the same,trying to add my barclays to fitbit.  works fine on my phone with google wallet

I'm done with my Fitbit and moving on, if I can't use it for day-to-day payment I'll use another platform.
