I am too, I waiting for two year but now everything nothing. This is basic function of every devices have sale in which country. Fitbit should be take attention for customer before someone buy it, They didn't support local language.
I am using Fitbit charge 3. Everything is great except there is no Vietnamese language support so the device can not display message in Vietnamese. Please add Vietnamese language to the device.
Hi @Allan13! Great suggestion, thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similarrequest. Post a comment or click on the thumbs-up to show your support.
I don't have a fitbit... But I signed up to the forum to suggest adding Vietnamese to the language list. It makes no sense that you sell a device that users have to read to benifit from the purchase. But they can't read it because you don't support the local language. You sell it in Vietnam but you don't support the language...
On a side note... Many votes for this will not happen. Most people will just get rid of the fitbit all together or not buy it. For me, and others, it's deterrent to buy fitbit... But I really like the versa 2
I really like the versa 2. Has everything I want at an affordable price....however, my wife is Vietnamese and she is still learning English. I know fitbit sells products in Vietnam but what I don't understand is why fitbit doesn't support the local language. It Will help sales. My wife's friend bought an Apple watch the other day and it supports Vietnamese. Unfortunately we don't own Apple products so that is not an option. Many have requested on the forum to add Vietnamese since 2016 and there's nothing 4 years later. Yes, I already voted and commented on the feature request.. But I'm trying to make a point. My wife likes the versa 2 as much as I do... But she can't understand anything on the screen. Apple would be an exspensive purchase for a phone and watch. We don't like Samsung designs. Please really consider adding Tiếng Việt
Hi @VICSVX, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about adding support to Vietnamese language. This feature suggestion already exists so I’ve moved your post here to keep this board organized.
It's bad when Vietnamese font not in my Versa watch. I can't read any notifications with the Vietnamese language. This feature must be implemented if the product sells in Vietnam country. Nothing to regret except this feature not in my Versa watch.
Well unfortunately, I ended up buying my wife iphone 11 AND Apple series 4...lot of money disappeared so she can have a smart watch that she likes and is able to read the notifications. It is unfortunate that fitbit doesn't support Vietnamese. Maybe one day...
I really like the versa 2. but it’s display all text message my language problem. Your Product have display problem ưith some language font like as Vietnamese, Spanish Font. If you buy this in Vietnam you should support Vietnam language like as Garmin.v.v.

I've bought fitbit versa and I found it is really inconvenient about notifications, messages having faulty font because it doesn't support Vietnamese font. So that I hope you can't update and add Vietnamese font to fitbit. Thanks a lot.
Fitbit Genuine fitbit products for Fpt distributors do not support Vietnamese. A lot of Vietnamese users leave fitbit. I think you should consider supporting Vietnamese soon.

i don't know why fitbit does not support Vietnamese font (even just need to show notification in Vietnamese) while you are selling products in Vietnam for a long time? It is ridiculous. ***k
