Sync Charge 3 with Computer

I am 85 years old and don't have a "smartphone".  I need an alternate method to sync my Charge 3 with my computer so I can track my progress.

Hi @ak07, I wanted to let you know that this is possible to do with your Charge 3. You can use a computer to set up and sync your tracker. Please follow the instructions on the articles below:
