Tchaikovsky on endless loop? Do they want to drive us to distraction?

It's bad enough that we have to wait 50 min on the phone (with a transfer to a supervisor in between). Even worse that the reps don't know the products and need to "research it' whilst coming back with exactly what you can read on Google.

But to have to wait endlessly while they do that with Tchaikovsky on endless loop is TORTURE!
This is needed because:
Mental well being is why buy these products. Testing our patience and driving us crazy with bombastic music is really not the way to go. Give also silent option so that we can work while waiting 40 min for someone to pick up the phone and then another 20 whilst they read google to see how to answer our questions. This is like it's done on purpose!
