Troll's Hug Time Feature

In the movie Trolls - they wore a device that went off now and then alerting the trolls it was hug time.  I think a feature that alerts me when a friends device is near mine to hug would be awesome.  Even random times...   Just want to spread a little more love in the world.

How cool would it be if your device started vibrating when your significant other or friend was around!  You'd start looking around for them to hug!
