User settings for metrics

Enable the uses to identify which metrics are being tracked and which not. Do not display overviews of charts for metrics that are not being tracked and allow for goals to be not set for these metrics.
This is needed because:
To focus on relevant metrics and keep the app as clean as possible.
I'd use this: Daily

Allow a way to hide metrics like Blood Glucose and Cycle Health if not being used
