Variable date chart start dates for all data graphs

Bring back the ability to change the start date on a chart. I may want the week chart to go from Mon to Mon or Wed to Wed. This goes for the starting month on a yearly chart. Etc. This used to be easy to do by sliding the chart to the left or right. Now, to see how many steps between Wed and Wed, I have to look at two charts and add the numbers.
