It's great that the videos have someone showing modifications. It would be beneficial for it to be explained why someone might use alternate moves other than someone thinking they can't keep up. Some people might not want to 'give in' even thought it would do more damage than good in their case.
If someone, especially those that are competitive, recently had surgery/ injury/ have various conditions/ are new (old!) they probably shouldn't go all out and need more than - here's a modification. They may not understand why a modification would be appropriate in their case. I hurt my shoulder doing yard work. Should I keep doing pushups?
