Accelerometer sensor values are null

Hello there,

I selected "Sensors" template project from Fitbit Studio - which is a demo for reading data from hardware sensors such as HR, Accelerometer, Barometer.

But Accelerometer sensor values are always null. Hence it always prints 0. Why is it null?

I am using Fitbit Ionic device to test.

Please help me solve this problem.

Hi, I had this problem recently with a new Versa. What worked for me was restarting the watch. After this the sensors template in Fitbit Studio worked no problem.
