Any reason for "Sideload of app failed. Internal Error"?

I am trying to run my app on Fitbit using developer bridge from Studio but getting error - "Sideload of app failed. Internal Error". Any reason why I might be getting this error? In top bar it shows that I am well connected with the device & phone but getting this said error while trying to run the app.

I have also encountered the same issue. Try restart the watch, it works for me.

We have found an issue where sideload fails if you already have a different clock sideloaded. Just try removing all sideloaded clocks within the Fitbit mobile app, then try again.

I have restarted the watch and after that it worked.

I think this is a bug in the Fitbit OS... the app was already sideloaded, but was not visible on the phone on the list of "Sideloaded App" ... the list was containing other apps.

Just had the same problem.  In my case it started after failing to side load to the companion because the companion wasn't available. Once I got the error, I couldn't side load any app to the watch.  Rebooting the watch fixed the problem.
