As a developer (new to Fitbit) I was rather surprised to find myself waiting in a queue of unknown length for an unknown amount of time waiting for my app to be reviewed. Apple usually take one to two days, Android usually a 3 or 4 days. But for Fitbit well I just don't know yet. I've been waiting 11 days, still waiting, and although there are a few postings relating to review delays there isn't anything to give me an idea of how long we might expect to have to wait. With a marketing campaign to launch its all making things a bit difficult and of course after a long wait of 11 days we even have an updated version of the app which we don't dare to post for fear of loosing our place in the queue. Obviously it's quite understandable that at certain times the waiting time is going to be much longer but the problem for us developers is the not knowing. When delays likely exceed a few days having some prior indication of this would be really helpful. Any rough indication of our place in the queue would be even better. It's a nice enough platform and easy to work with but I feel that such enormously long delays are a huge disincentive and right now a few in the team are even giving consideration to pulling the plug on the Fitbit part of the project just so we can move on with the rest. I wonder how many other developers might have felt the same way!

If it helps, my last review (a couple weeks ago) took 11 days.
I understand there is a bit of a backlog due to the AOD changes.
Currently I am also at 11 days for a new watchface, so I do commiserate with you.

The situation is worse than you can imagine, at least 7 developers here died from this very date. Few people in a situation of global uncertainty will continue to work with this platform, there is Samsung, and other watches in which there are no such problems. This has nothing to do with the coronavirus or the AOD mode. There will remain those people who work here and create "great" design for sports watches FitBit, samples of design on the first page of the gallery.
