I mention both issues because I wonder if they are related.
Ever since I got the device about a month ago, I haven’t been able to update it over WiFi. Shortly after, I got into Fitbit studio to try and make my own clock face, and have never been able to connect my versa 2 to the studio. I get the 1006 error when I try to enable the developer bridge, even after numerous restarts and factory resets, and trying to use a hotspot with my phone. Could someone please help me?
