App submission tutorial?

ANSWERED

Hello,

I am close to finishing my grade calculator, and I would like to at least get a copy out to my coworkers before our school season ends.  Can someone point in the direction of a walk-through for how to submit an app for approval?

I am looking at two potential options, posting it privately so the teachers with whom I work can install it, and then submitting it to the app gallery.  I just do not want to jeopardize the latter by doing the first.

Thank you all for how much help you have given me thus far.

As it happens, this was posted just a couple of hours ago. I think it should cover both of the cases you're interested in.

Thank you. This is perfect.  The checklist is incredibly helpful too.

Out of curiosity, if we submit an app as free, can we change it to paid later?

No, but you don't have to lock in paid/free until you submit for your first review. Ergo, you can initially give testers private links that they can install for free.

That is excellent.  Thank you.
