Hi all,
I have several clock faces waiting to be approved/published. While the approval were taking 3-5 days, my current set of approvals have been in the queue for over 2 weeks.
Is the queue just backed up or might I have another issue with my account?

Every time one of your products is reviewed, your other products go to the end of the queue. It could be that.

Thanks for the response. That's good to know. Was wondering if others were experiencing the same wait times for approvals.

Is there anyway for someone from Fitbit to look at my account and validate that there is not something wrong with my account or submissions. The change in timing waiting for approvals concerns me.

I have apps that have been waiting for approval since late October 2020. I have had no approvals in the last 2 weeks, and I have more than 20 updates in the queue. This makes developers look bad - I have customers wanting to use Versa 3/Sense apps that need tweeking after being automatically published to these devices by Fitbit. Can someone at Fitbit tell us what is going on?
