Hi there!
I hope some can help me out.
I just had a clockface rejected, stating that the background image was not showing.
When developing I can see the background image in the Fitbit OS simulator, but when I downloaded the clockface via the private app gallery link the image was not showing. Same problem with other clockfaces I submitted for review.
Anyone any ideas what could be causing this problem?
(What I already tried: I read something about image size being larger than screen size and my image was 1251x1251. I changed it to 300x300 and uploaded the new fba version to GAM. However it still didn't show up when I downloaded it via the gallery. When I connected my Fitbit in developer/bridge mode it did show up. So I have no idea where it's going wrong 😥)

Typically it's the large image issue which prevents it being displayed on device. If you've definitely fixed that, make sure you rebuild the app and resubmit it.
