Hi guys, a long shot here, but I thought I'd try.
Would anyone have ideas on how to build this in to a quick and dirty toggle in an app?
I am wanting to make or get a low power mode implemented, it seems my calls via the official FitBit channels are being ignored.
I have had a look for the bluetooth call in the API but came up with nothing.
Hopefully someone here can help me out.
Thanks in advance.
TLDR?; I want to turn bluetooth and heartrate on and off via an app on the versa device.

There are currently no APIs for developers to implement those features in third-party apps.

So there is no way to control bluetooth at all?
Not even a basic turn on and off function?
Surely this is something that should be strongly considered

It's not something that's currently available, but feel free to submit a feature suggestion https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/idb-p/features/label-name/sdk/tab/most-kudoed

Hi JonFitBit,
Myself and others have requested this in feature suggestions already, we came here to see if there was a way to do it ourselves as we haven't heard anything back except the canned reply from the mods.
