CLI for upload builds to App Gallery

Hello! I have actually two questions here?

For the dev team - is there any possibility to have an automated way to publish app to Gallery? If no - is there any plans to implement it in foreseeable future?

For the Fitbit enthusiast - Did anyone try to implement some sort of automation based on the Gallery's REST API in order to have some CLI tools for publishing the app to gallery? Or maybe somehow implemented this process in automatic way. It could be set of curl commands to authenticate and send POST request with file or I even had a crazy ideas about some webdriver.io script for headless browser that will execute the flow same as E2E test.
