Got the email to download my projects before the shutdown, but can't get to them.
Just sitting on a screen that says "Here we go - Checking login..."
Tried signing out and in again, clearing cache, using another browser, and restarting my computer.

Hi @jbster - in the browser, try login to the GAM and logout.
Then login into the GAM again and then to Fitbit Studio, or repeat but not login again and then directly Fitbit Studio. Sometimes refreshing the browser page also works in addition to what you have done.
It can be related to the account login and transfer having a problem, for Studio, doesn't seem to affect GAM.
